Acceptance of Terms
Important: By accessing or using DataSnap ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Service Description
DataSnap is a platform for data storage, visualization, and analysis. We offer different plans with varied features, as described on our pricing page.

Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you will need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for the use of your account by anyone you have given access to

You agree not to use the Service for:
Payments and Subscriptions
Some aspects of the Service are offered for a fee. By choosing a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable charges under the rules below and as presented at sign‑up and on your monthly invoice.
Billing cycle and invoice issuance
- The invoice closes on the 1st day of every month, covering the usage of the immediately preceding month.
- Charges are always post‑paid; we never charge in advance.
- The invoice issued on the 1st will show the due date on the document itself. Payment methods and any fees will be indicated on the invoice.
Proration and end‑of‑month sign‑ups
- If you subscribe during a month, we charge only for the days actually used until the last day of that month (pro‑rated).
- The pro‑rated amount uses a daily rate = monthly price ÷ number of days in the month, multiplied by the number of days of use.
- Subscriptions started in the last 3 days of the month incur no charge for that month.
Late payments, automatic downgrade, and restoration
- If an invoice remains unpaid for 10 (ten) days after the due date, the account will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan until payment is received.
- Once paid, the subscription and contracted features are restored automatically, subject to your plan limits.
Data purge due to non‑payment
- If the account remains on the Free plan for 3 (three) months due to non‑payment, the system will begin an automatic data purge to fit the Free plan limits.
- The deletion order will be: oldest users, then oldest data models, then oldest processed data.
- The purge is irreversible and aims to keep the account within Free plan limits while delinquency persists.
Plan changes during the month
- Upgrades and downgrades take immediate effect on available features.
- Amounts are pro‑rated for the time on each plan and will appear on the following month’s invoice. No advance charges apply.
Payment methods and taxes
- Payments can be made using the methods offered at the time of payment (e.g., card, bank transfer, or other supported methods). Some methods may not be available in all regions.
- Prices may be exclusive of taxes; applicable taxes and fees may be added as required by law.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled before the next cycle. You can cancel anytime in your account. Because we don’t charge in advance, there are no refunds for full months; pro‑rated usage remains due through the end of the period.
Intellectual Property
Our Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DataSnap and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you submit, upload, or process through the Service. We do not claim ownership over your data.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall DataSnap, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Service Changes
We reserve the right to withdraw or modify our Service, and any service or material we provide through the Service, at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Terms Changes
We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them to this page.
Continued Acceptance: Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes.
Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
